Frequently Asked Questions
Your package price covers everything listed on the package: the online classroom hours, your in-car lessons, and the Ministry certificate. Two costs sit outside it — the MTO certification fee and the government road-test fee. All prices are shown +HST. We will tell you every cost before you book.
Yes. We offer flexible payment options so you can pay in installments—just ask when booking.
The Ministry of Transportation charges a separate government fee for the road test, which is not included in our packages.
We run student discounts at different points in the year, and the referral bonus comes with the Gold package. Ask us what is running when you book — if something applies to you, we will apply it.
Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice and you get a full refund or credit. One exception: once you have started the online course, that portion is non-refundable, because the Ministry licenses your seat as soon as you log in.
No. Home or school pick-up and drop-off is included in every package. In Barrie and Innisfil it is complimentary. In Orillia and Angus it is covered by the $100 travel charge that is already included in the price shown for those towns.
Absolutely. You can upgrade anytime by paying the difference, no extra fees.
